General Information

Macromedia Dreamweaver is a web development software, and was originally created and owned by Macromedia. In 2005, Adobe Systems bought Macromedia.

The current version of Dreamweaver is CS3 and works with OS X and Windows XP/Vista.

Features

Dreamweaver makes web design fast and easy with the following :

  • Design Mode - see what your doing without knowing any code.
  • Code Mode - coding HTML/CSS/XML/PHP is easy with color coding, and toolbars.
  • Split Mode - best of both worlds.
  • Templates - easily create HTML and CSS webpages using pre-made templates.
